2. Software Products
GpsyLab provides two categories of software:
- Encrypted Scripts – Delivered in a secured/encrypted format for immediate use.
- Full Source Code Scripts – Delivered with complete source code and intellectual property rights.
Customers are advised to carefully review all product descriptions, documentation, and features before purchase.
3. Electronics Gadgets
All electronic gadgets sold on our platform are tested before dispatch.
Any physical damage caused due to mishandling after delivery will not be covered under our policies.
4. Refund & Return Policy
A. Software (Digital Products):
Encrypted Scripts – Eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase if the customer is not satisfied with the product, provided that the script has not been tampered with or misused.
Full Source Code Scripts – Non-refundable. Since full source code is delivered, the intellectual property cannot be reversed or retrieved once shared. Customers are strongly advised to verify all features and requirements before purchase.
B. Electronics Gadgets:
Customers may request a refund or replacement within 15 days of delivery if the product is defective or not as described.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and without any physical damage.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
5. Delivery & Support
All digital products (scripts/software) are delivered electronically via email or secure download.
Electronics gadgets are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary by location.
Technical support for software is provided as per the support plan associated with the product.
6. Limitation of Liability
GpsyLab will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their systems before purchase.
